Ako-Tek Die Collet

• Ako-Tek Die Collets are manufactured from carefully selected raw materials that adhere to strict material qualifications with a monitoring process that provides optimal and cost effective solutions for each application.
• Die Collets are normally 1.4mm, 1.6mm and 2.0mm in diameter, but can be produced at any required diameter with a tight tolerance. 7 and 11mm are the common lengths.
• The normal taper angle is 20°, but can also be made according to the customer's requirements.
• The hole size starts at 90µ and can be enlarged to any size.
• The tip/hole wall thickness can be thin as 25µ, enabling a tight tip size.
• Square and bottleneck tips are available as well.
• Semi-automatic production equipment and a powerful visualization system enables tight tolerance and high repeatability.
