In micro-parts manufacturing Ako-Tek can produce parts ranging from .5 mm to more than 300 mm in size made from any industrial material and with any type of finish. Ako-Tek's main expertise is in the ceramics field, making simple to complex parts in a cost-effective manner .

• Materials: Alumina, zirconium, tungsten and tungsten alloys, non ferrous metals, precious alloys

• Controlled properties: bending strength, hardness, conductivity, color (limited), surface roughness and hardness

• Dimensions: from 0.5 mm to 350mm

• Tolerances: standard +/-0.02mm, tight +/- 0.001mm
