Ako-Tek Probes
- Ako-Tek Probes are made from high quality raw materials, with excellent contamination control and various heat treatment options that provide optimal solutions for each application.
- Probes are normally 0.5mm in diameter but can be made to any required diameter with a tight tolerance. 20mm or 1 are the common lengths.
- Normal taper angles are 10°, but they can also be made to according to the customers' requirements
- Tip size for CuBe or Paliney 7 can be as low as 2µ for the sharp tip, 8µ for flat and round tips, and up to any required size for all other materials .
- Semi-automatic production equipment and a powerful visualization system enables tight tolerance and high repeatability.
- This equipment enables the "multi-linear" taper and the "parabolic" taper to be made to the same efficacy of the linear taper.
