Ako-Tek Ejection needles

• Ako-tek Ejection Needles are manufactured from carefully selected raw materials that adhere to strict material qualifications with a monitoring process that provides optimal and cost effective solutions for each application.
• Ejection Needles are normally 0.7mm in diameter but can be made at any required diameter with a tight tolerance. 17mm is the common length.
• Normal taper angles are 20°, but they can also be made to according to the customers' requirements
• Tip sizes can go down to 30µ for flat and round tips, and up to any required size.
• Semi-automatic production equipment and a powerful visualization system enables tight tolerance and high repeatability.
• This equipment enables the "multi-linear" taper, "parabolic taper" and "step" to be made to the same efficacy of the linear taper.
• The "step" common diameter and length for the "step" are 400 @ 4mm , but can also be made according to the customers' requirements
